Refund policy

At Nine One Eight, we want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, you’ve got options.

Refunds:

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at 918cairo@gmail.com. A courier will be sent to pick it up from your doorstep. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges:

Want a different size or color? We’ve got you. Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must meet the same conditions: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To request an exchange, email us at 918cairo@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.
